2 6 lb Pork shoulders
12 Whole cloves garlic
3cCider vinegar
MOP
1tsNon-iodized salt
1/4cBoil liquid
12 Cloves from boiling
3/4tsSugar
1tbCayenne
1/4tsBlack pepper
3 1/2cCider vinegar
SAUCE
1 1/2cMop sauce
1/4cPork boiling liquid
1/3cSmokey BBQ Sauce Salt to taste

Simmer sauce 2 1/2 hours. Slow cook pork then shred. Add sauce and allow to steep overnight. Make sandwich and add cole slaw on top.
